We were also told we would receive a phone call which we never received. We were told they would review camera footage and get back to us. Upon checking out next morning we asked to speak with Front Desk Manager who was already made aware of what happen per report filed. We did not see it in sink when we arrived nor had we gone back to room so either someone was able to enter our room (staff or guest) or either it came up through sink. He did accommodate us with another room however our concern was how did this happen. I had to suggest he put us in another room. I decided after 30 minutes to go back to front desk to let them know that maintenance was a 'no show'. The front desk agent was very nonchalant about all of this.

After about 15-20 minutes i called the front desk again and clerk advised they should be on way to room. I went back to room and called my husband who was still downstairs to alert him of this and wait for maintenance. I immediately went downstairs to front desk and told the guest agent who advised he called maintenance. Upon entering room I noticed an odor and when I went to bathroom the sink was filled with a substance (feces/vomit). We then went downstairs to gamble and I went back to room about 2:30am. We checked in late on around 10pm went to room to check it out and drop bags off. My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his birthday.
